2026 12U State tournament


Congratulations on your team's advancement to the 12U A Girls State Tournament! We look forward to hosting you in Roseau, MN, March 13-15, 2026!



There are a few items listed below that need to be addressed immediately. Thank you in advance for your timely completion of these items.


ROSTER INFORMATION NEEDED:

Please send your team's Head Coach and Manager's email, cell number and USA Hockey roster link to jegilderhus@gmail.com by Monday, March 2nd.

Please fill out the roster template form (found at the button below) and email it and your team's logo to jacobl@minnesotahockey.org and jegilderhus@gmail.com by Monday, March 2nd.

Additional forms, such as eBug and Replacement Goalie forms can be found at the button below.

Additional time-sensitive information, including a link for the tournament clothing order (due March 2nd for best chance of delivery before tournament) can be found at the site linked above.

Hotel Accommodations:

BANQUET RSVP LINK:

Help us finalize our plans by requesting RSVPs and collecting fees for your team. Due to space limitations, each player is allowed 2 adult family members. The banquet fee (for players, coaches, manager, and up to 2 adult family members per player) is $30/person (all attending will need to pay).

  • Please bring one check to the banquet for your team's total, made out to Roseau Youth Hockey.
  • Please prepare your team captain(s) or coach to share a short highlight of your season and to introduce your team (3-5 minutes total).
  • To expedite the tournament check-in process, please bring a separate check, also made out to Roseau Youth Hockey, for your team's $700 tournament entry fee.
  • Coaches/Managers checking-in at the banquet will receive a packet of information including tournament rules, bracket, and the team's complementary tournament passes (wristbands). Please wear the wristband at all times!

6:00 pm: Social Hour and Team Check-In

7:00 pm: Introductions, Guest Speaker: Aaron Broten

7:25 pm: Dinner: Pasta bar, salad, garlic breadstick, dessert

8:15 pm: Introduction of Teams, Head Coaches and Team Captains

Hospitality Room:

A lounge will be available for team officials (coaches, managers, MN hockey officials and tournament volunteers) throughout the tournament. 

Please take advantage of coffee, water, pop and light snacks throughout the tournament!
